Terrible Service, Not Impressed
I've used Pinnacle cart in the past, and ended up getting another store set up with it. After this recent install, one feature was not working correctly. So, I called Godaddy, and the only support they could provide is for the installation (making sure it installed correctly). Next, I called Pinnacle Cart, and because I bought the product through Godaddy, they would not provide any phone support. They told me on the phone that I have to go to their website and submit a ticket. So, I submitted numerous tickets and even called in because I did not hear back from them within 24 hours. They said they'd get back to me soon. Anyhow, 2 days later I haven't heard a word from them. I know from past experience that the platform is pretty good and easy to work with, but I am so fed up with them that I shut down all my stores and switched to another paid cart. I have been super happy with Godaddy, but would not say I've been impressed with Pinnacle Cart. The problem/bug in their program was something they should fix regardless of where I purchase the program. Godaddy is a dealer for their product, and Pinnacle Cart acts like because it was sold by someone else, they do not have to provide any support whatsoever. Absolutely ridiculous in my book. Don't waste your money on Pinnacle Cart.

Absolutely worst customer service on the market
As Demetrious44 noted above, I also installed the cart and, after spending two hours of adding content, it suddenly stopped working. I called Pinnacle's customer support and was told that the $42 monthly fee we pay to GoDaddy doesn't cover phone support. Now I'm stuck with a wasted day and no working shopping cart. In the process of finding a better cart now.

PC website is nice. Price is to high. I have been using it for 3 years and still can't get good customer service. If I didn't have so much into it now I would never use it again. You will love this app if you like to wait on hold for hours. They suck!

To expensive
Easy to use, not enough features, to expensive. Limited plugins Pulling the plug after 8 months of use. Oscommerce was my first choice and I will be going back to it.

Stopped Working For Me
I only give this a 1 because of my experience. I've heard great things about it and was thrilled when it was first installed how easy it was. BUT then about 3 hours later i went to login to admin and it somehow didn't exist, then the catalog page itself only had about 1/2 the page and said 'xjax error' so i uninstalled it and am going with godaddy quickcart. it also said my key had been disabled or invalid so not sure if i did something wrong or what but that's my experience. if this happens to you you have to call pinnaclecart's customer service.
