Better than most
Without some background in coding I think any shopping cart would be difficult to use other than its basic features. I found it very easy to customize templates to integrate into existing sites. Must easier than softcart which buries its templates so deep you cannot find them. Softsite does have some limitations though but is good for basic shopping carts.

Most flexible and jammed pack full of features that make the sky the limit.
I have two stores on separate servers and I have not had a problem to date. I have worked with B-central, Digital River and Prostores to name a few and none of these stores came close to what Shopsite offers. Start your store with Shopsite and never look back.

Not as easy as it seemed and expensive
The price when up by $40 when I added my eleventh product - Shopsite seems overly pricey to me. Also, while the helpdesk did respond in a timely fashion, they seemed less than thrilled to help. Use of the application was far more difficult than the site info indicated.
