Great tool!
Mantis is fantastic, especially for a tool you get for free. It is extraordinarily flexible and overall is a fantastic addition to any coder's library.

We've used it to manage 5 different projects now.

The only negative is that GoDaddy is still hosting version 1.1.2, but the actual project is up to 1.1.6.

Best free bug tracker
Mantis is a no-nonsense bug-tracking tool that lets your team get to work quickly. There is a lot of customization that I haven't even scratched the surface on yet, because it works so well out of the box.

Simply Superb
All I have to say it that this is simply a superb application (if a little problematic to customise)... However, general feedback from Administrators and users has been overwhelmingly positive!

Easy to setup and use, excellent bug tracking
Having used Mantis from 0.16 onwards, all the way up to the current version, it has been on of the most stable, well featured and mature bug tracking software out there. It is not cluttered, geeky and bloated like Bugzilla. It is very simple and intuitive to use. I still use it.
