Great but very expensive.
Easy to setup and configure. It says free but it is a 15 day free trial, minimum fee after that is $99 per month! Yet again, another advertiser using misleading tactics rather than be honest up front.
Love the tool!
I really love the tool! I wish there were a way to better customize the look and feel on the free version, but overall, I'm pretty impressed with the ease of installation and use.
An excellent feedback tool, well implemented.
Easy to set up and install. Once installed, provides an obvious way for user to provide site feedback without getting in the way of site content. After installing this on my site, I got first feedback within a day - the feedback was to correct an error on my site, so installing this has already been time well spent.

Nifty Idea
This tool is pretty useful when ya want a more steady feedback. Just wish I can receive the info in my email letting me know I have feedback. *Edit- was pleasantly surprised to receive feedback for my feedback, lol was told I can receive my feedback through emails and how to do it. Thanks Kampyle :D Also like to add that I have been getting lots of good feedback from visitors more now :D
