One of the best but so slow
Drupal is one of the best CMS ever, but I get a tremendously slow Drupal, even on a fresh install
Drupal worst experience
Program installed correctly but the moduels i downloaded and they where the right versions to caused errors and crashed the program or locked me out of it forcing me to delete and reinstall. I guess you pay for what you get and that's why it's free.
Great Product, so far...will need a Drupal PHP consultant to continue
Great Product, so far...will need a Drupal PHP consultant to continue with configuration.
Best of the best for CMS
Drupal brings amazing power and flexibility to the CMS arena. I have used Joomla and WordPress and neither comes close to the power and flexibility of this platform. Theming is straightforward, module installation is easy and administration is intuitive. Couple it with the Ubercart modules and you have a powerful eCommerce application. It does take a short amount of time to understand the architecture but, once you're over that hump, you can build great eCommerce and other sites in short order.
For web development power
I really love Drupal as a powerful development tool for CMS... The learning curve to effectively create great looking and productive sites is by far reasonable and something expected from a great system. But if you are a week developer, stay out of the big league.
