Drupal 7
I am new to both Drupal and web hosting, and although I have had my share of problems, I must rate Drupal well. I am truly amazed by everything it has to offer. As an instructor, I have used other content management systems, mainly Blackboard and Angle, but I think Drupal beats them in features. It is a little confounding, but once you learn to stay away from the developmental and beta modules, things run pretty smooth. You can still encounter bugs, but the people on Drupal. org are fantastic at helping to solve your problems. With that said, I you want to make your site 2.0 usable I highly recommend using Drupal!

Drupal to the Rescue
I was happy to see that the latest version of Drupal was available, I am anxiously awaiting the update of some modules to be compliant or play nicely with 7 still but I am enjoying the direction that this software is letting me go and all the options that are available. If you are having trouble now keep your head up the HUGE Drupal community has never let me down when there were things I was struggling to learn. Don't be afraid to ask is the step that was the hardest for me.

Much more complicated than its competitors...
I have been using wordpress for years, and have played with Joomla for a while now. I was highly disappointed with the way that drupal worked, the complete overload of files, and a CLUNKY admin panel. After trying for a while now to get it to work to my needs, I would have to recommend one of the other CMS platforms to develop for, and for beginning developers.

New Drupal Addict
After trying several CMS possibilities, I found that Drupal fits my needs. As a beginner, to Drupal and web-sites in general, I found that it was possible to build a basic site in a few hours. Also enjoying using GoDaddy.

did not like it
the reason that i did not like it is because although i find it easy to use, none of my clients found it easy to use. i spent more time explaining to my clients on how to work with drupal than i would have liked. so it is great for large scale users, but for medium to small scale users who do not have a dedicated web developer, it is too much work for the client. it is code junkie friendly but not client friendly
